If you have instructed us to sell your property, a marketing budget will be agreed and the appropriate marketing strategy implemented in order to sell your property quickly and efficiently. The following marketing tools are included in our fee for both sales and lettings:

• The property is put on our letting/sales list (updated daily)
• A property poster will be displayed in our office window
• Quality static photographs and virtual tours of the property will be taken by Content Collector our photograph agents
• Property photographs, virtual tours and details will be put on our website www.mullenslaurelpark.com
• By placing an eyecatching “To Let” or “For Sale” board outside the property (where appropriate)
• By searching our regular client register and by contacting the relevant re-location companies
• By placing a general advert in local and national newspapers(where necessary)
• By advertising on other property websites on the internet including daft.ie
