Our Promise to Vendors and Landlords:

• A fee is payable on the basis of a successful introduction only and such fee is payable immediately upon signing of a Lease Agreement or Sales Contract. Where applicable all fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Our agents are available to conduct viewings in addition to the standard office hours, including late evenings and weekend viewings – this ensures maximum viewing potential to secure the right Purchaser or Tenant for your property.
• Viewings will only be carried by a fully qualified member of the Mullen’s Property Team.
• Our user-focussed and easy to navigate website is updated daily.
• With rentals - should the lease be broken by the Tenant within the first 3 months of the lease, we will re-let the property for you FREE OF CHARGE.
